Registration Fees and Policies

Day Camp and Special Programs

Day Camp ...............$195 per one week session
Riding Academy .......$250 per one week session
Residence Camp ......$805 per two week session

Registration must be for a minimum of two weeks

Camp fees are established for an entire camp week - no deductions are allowed for any unattended camp days. The camp fee must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the selected camp week, and they are not transferable to other family members. A $20 fee will be charged for returned checks. No deductions for holidays.

Registration fees: $15
This registration fee is a once paid charge PER CHILD and covers registration costs and insurance fees. This fee is not deductible from the weekly payment.

Refund Policy
Because of a limited number of spaces in our Day Camp, and the excessive costs and need to plan and budget far in advance, Camp Sunrise cannot return any camp fees.

Deposits:

$95 per session, per child for Day Camp only (Example: A child registering for 3 weeks of camp: 3 weeks x $95/week, deposit, plus $15 registration fee $300 due with application.) This would leave a balance of $300 payable two weeks before the start date. Deposits are accepted for Day Camp only. Riding Academy and Residence Camp Fees must be paid in full with application.

The deposit allows us to guarantee a space in camp for your child. Since enrollment is limited, it is closed when maximum registrations are received. For this reason, DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON TRANSFERABLE. They are, however, DEDUCTED from the weekly camp fee. No deposits are accepted for Riding Academy and Residence Camp. Those fees are due in full with registration.

Fee Balances

The above camp fees, minus each weekly deposit, are due no later than two weeks prior to each camping week. In order to assure proper credit, please include the camper's name when paying by check.

Open House

If you wish to come to Open House please make a note on the Camp Application form. This year Open House will be help on Saturday, June 19, 2004.

Residence Camp and Riding Academy

Payment for Residence Camp and Riding Academy must be received in full with application to reserve space. Assignments are made on a first come, first served basis according to when the application is received at our office.

Holiday

Camp Sunrise will be open on July 5, 2004 and on Victory Day, Monday, August 12, 2004.

Visa or Mastercard

All camp fees may be paid by Visa or Mastercard. Simply send your Visa or Mastercard number in with your application, and we will be pleased to process it for you. Balances may be automatically charged to your account if you wish. Ask for the appropriate forms from our office.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates of any amount can be obtained from Camp Sunrise for camp tuition or merchandise. These certificates are a very special way to remember that loved one on birthdays and holidays.
